QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that TECHNICRAFT AUTOBODY INC.,
whose address is 9695 W. 44th Ave., Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, state of Colorado, 80033, for the consideration of
3312 and NO/100 DOLLARS ($3312.00), in hand paid, hereby does
remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM to the city of Wheat
Ridge, a municipal corporation in the State of Colorado, whose
address is 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, 80215-6797, heirs successors and I !
assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and /
demand which the grantor(s) has in and to the following real
property, in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State
of Colorado, to wit:

Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, county of Jefferson, State

THE SOUTH 2 FEET OF "TRACT 1" OF THAT PARCEL OF LAND
DESCRIBED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO AT RECEPTION NUMBER 89053546
AND THE SOUTH 2 FEET AND WEST 3.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 239
FEET OF THE 2 0 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND HERETOFORE VACATED
BY BOOK 798 AND PAGE 237 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO. TOGETHERWITH A
PORTION OF THE ABOVE REFERENCED VACATED 20 FOOT STRIP OF
LAND DESCRIBED AS LYING AND BEING SOUTHWEST OF A LINE
DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF
SAID STRIP WHICH IS 15 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF SAID STRIP AND RUNNING SOUTHEASTERLY TO A POINT ON THE
SOUTH LINE OF SAID STRIP WHICH IS 15 FEET EAST OF SAID
SOUTHWEST CORNER.
