PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land lying within the southeast one-quarter of section
23, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, state of Colorado,
described as follows:
A strip of land 5 feet in width being bounded by the following:
On the east by the west line of High court as depicted in
CRAIG SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 48,
Jefferson county Records.
On the south by the south line of said southeast one-quarter.
On the west by a line 5 feet west of and parallel with said
west line of High Court.
On the north by the north line of Wast 39th Avenue (extended)
as depicted in-said CRAIG SUBDIVISION, EXCEPT the south 30
feet thereof.
