CONSERVATOR'S DEED
THIS DEED is made between Doris J. Cheever, conservator of the
estate of Pauline J. Burdett, protected person, grantor, and City
of Wheat Ridge, a municipal corporation, grantee, whose legal
address IS 7500 W, 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
District of Colorado 80215-6797.
GRANTOR was appointed as conservator of the estate of the
protected person by the District Court in the County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, Case No, 95PR249, on March 27, 1995, and is now
qualified and acting in such capacity,
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon grantor
by the Colorado Probate Code, grantor does hereby sell, convey,
assign, transfer and set over unto the grantee, for and in
consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other valuable
consideration, the following described real property, together with
Improvements, If any situate in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, to wit.
A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, described as follows:
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF THE EAST 102.50 FEET OF THE WEST
443.16 FEET OF SAID SW 1/4 OF SECTION 22. ALSO BEING
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF THAT PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AT
BOOK 1680, PAGE 166 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO.
Said tract containing 3075 square feet more or less.
Said tract to be used as right-of-way for West 38th
Avenue.
Also known by street and number as 9835/9845 West 38th Avenue.
