Colorado, 80033 for the consideration of Ten and OO/lOO dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
hereby sells and conveys to The City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
whose street address is 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
80215, the following real property in the City of Wheat Ridge,
County of Jefferson and State of Colorado, to-wit:
See attached Exhibit "A"
together with all its tenements, hereditament and appurtenances
thereto; subject to real property taxes for 1996 and subsequent
years, zoning and other governmental restrictions, and all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way and
other matters set forth on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and warrants the title against
all persons claiming under Grantor.
