BARGAIN AND SALE DEED

and existmg under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado CGrantee"), whose
legal address is 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado 80419.
WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, the
receIpt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has sold and conveyed, and by
these presents does sell and convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever,
the real property, together with improvements, if any, described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated by reference.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
remainder and remamders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, nght, title,
interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or eqUIty, of, in and
to the above-bargamed property, with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
appertaimng.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this deed on the date set
forth above.
