line of Kendall Street, a distance of 529.97, to the Point of Beginning.

being on theNorth Right-of"Way line of West 30,J; Avenue: thence S89'41'13"W on and along said North Right-
of-Way line, a distance of 5.32 feet to a point of curVe to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet and a central
