partnership of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, whose legal address is 12163 West 30th Place, Den-
ver, Colorado, for the consideration of ONE and NO/100 DOLLAR ($1 (0), in hand paid, acceptance,
sufficiency, and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remIse, release, sell, convey and
QUIT CLAIM unto the City of Wheat Ridge, a municipal corporation in the State of Colorado, whose

successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the Grantors has in
and to the following real property (arising from the Grantor's reservatlon in the Quit Claim Deed recorded
on September 16, 1999 at Reception Number F0944978 in the official records of said County of Jefferson
of a term interest in such property), in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, to
wit:
A tract of land lying in the SEtA of Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of
the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colo-
rado, described as;
Commencing at the SW Comer of the SEtA of Section 24, thence NOOo 16'49"W on and
along the west line of the SEt/. of Section 24, a distance of 989,52 feet; thence N89043' 11 "E,
a distance of 25 (JO feet to a point IYlllg on the east Right-of-Way line of Harlan Street and to
the Point of Beginning;
Thence NOoo16'49"W on and along the cast Right-of-Way hne of Harlan Street, ,a dIstance of
141 70 feet, thence N89059'11 "E, a distance of 5 00 feet; thence SOOo 16'49"E, a distance of
141 70 feet; thence S89059' II "W, a distance of 5 00 feet to a point lying on the east Right-of-
