QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is made thisl-1i1 day of f1 rrz'l'- , 2006, between
William Kenneth Hall and Marian L. Hall, ("Grantors) whose address is 11301 W. 44th
Ave, Wheat Ridge, Colorado and the CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
("Grantee") whose address 7500 W 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
WITNESSETH, that the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of ten
dollars ($1000) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee, its heirs,
successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand, if any,
which the Grantor has in and to the following real property, together with improvements,
if any, situate, lying, and being in the City of Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County,' State of
Colorado, as fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto

appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the Grantors either in law
or equity, to the proper use and benefit of the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever;
