the Chief Building Official and is not guaranteed.
4. No work of any manner shall be performed that shall results in a change of the natural flow of water without prior and specific approval.
5. The permit holder shall notify the Building and Inspection Services Division in accordance with established policy of all requ�ired
inspections and shall not proceed or conceal work without written approval of such work from the Building and Inspection Services
Division.
6. The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, anviolation of any provision of any
�pplicabje code or any ordinance or regulation of this jurisdiction. Approval of work is subject to field inspection.

PROJECT SUMMARY INFORMATION
Background:
On February 7, 2020, Air Monitoring Specialist, Celina Kerndt (CDPH&E AMS license #13910) performed a final
visual clearance and final clearance air monitoring test of the asbestos abatement project performed at the residential
property located at 10820 W. 47' Ave. in Wheat Ridge, Co. 80033.
Methods:
As part of this project a visual inspection was performed to confirm the completeness of asbestos removal and
cleanup. The visual inspection was performed in accordance with the American Standard for Testing and Material's,
"Standard Practice for Visual Inspection of Asbestos Abatement Projects". All abated asbestos materials, including
contaminated dust, debris or residues were satisfactorily determined to have been removed.
Air samples were then collected inside the contained work area utilizing aggressive air sampling techniques as
directed in 40 CFR Part 763, Appendix A to Subpart E (EPA 1995). Five (5) air samples and two (2) blanks were
analyzed utilizing Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) using the NIOSH 7400 method. The results of the PCM
analyses of the samples collected are as follows:

The samples collected were analyzed by Celina Kerndt, American Industrial Hygiene Association's Proficiency
Analytical Testing Program (PAT), and CDPH&E certified laboratory.
Conclusion:
All five (5) of the final air clearance samples collected inside the contained work areas at 10820 W. 47' Ave. in
Wheat Ridge, Co. 80033 were below the Maximum Allowable Asbestos Level, (MARL), of 0.01 fibers per cubic
centimeters of air (f/cc), therefore comply with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
regulations for air quality. The abatement job performed at 10820 W. 47' Ave. in Wheat Ridge, Co. 80033
successfully passed Final Clearance Air Monitoring.
