The engineered plans originally submitted by EV Studio and stamped by Ross R. Maxwell have been reviewed by York Engineering. York Engineering performed an independent design on the structures and walked through buildings under construction. Through this, we found our design to be in general conformance with the permitted design performed by EV Studio. Subsequent letters/reports will outline both required and allowed structural changes. Any inspections and subsequent letters/reports performed by EV Studio on existing buildings shall be addend ums to inspections/reports provided by York Engineering. A representative of York Engineering spoke with Ross R. Maxwell and discussed this transition. York Engineering will be reviewing submitted and constructed foundation designs at existing buildings to additionally assume the responsibility of Engineer of Record for those designs.
