Name Address In favor /Opposed A. Case No. MS-11-06: An application filed by Ved Varma for a 3 -lot consolidation plat on property zoned Commercial One (C-1) and located at 5795 West 29 Avenue. At the request of Commissioner MATTHEWS, Mr. Paranto explained the new policy for installation of public improvements. Chair BUCKNAM asked to hear from the applicant. Ved Varma Mr. Varma, architect for the project, offered to answer any questions from the Commission. There were no questions. Chair BUCKNAM asked if there were others present who wished to comment on the case. Two individuals were present who signed the public hearing roster as being opposed to the project, but did not choose to speak. The public hearing was then closed. of a three-lot consolidation plat on C-1 zoned property located at 5795 eSt 29 th Avenue, for the following reasons: 1. All requirements of Article IV of the zoning and development code have been met. 2. All utility providers can serve the property. A. Resolution Designating a Public Place for Posting of Notices of Public Meetings It was moved by Commissioner MATTHEWS and seconded by Commissioner GUILDNER to approve Resolution No. 1, Series of 2012, a resolution establishing a tesignated public place for posting of meeting notices as required by the Colorado— *pen Meetings Law. Revisions to the planned development process are being proposed now that applicants have the option to rezone to a mixed use district. The proposed revisions will address the following central goals: persons in areas presently excluded from the city charter height and density caps to request that they not be subject to those caps in a planned development.
