17, Townshi? 3 South, Range 69 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Jefferson County,
Coloradl1, said tract or parcel being more particularly describerl a~ follows

The grantor further covenant and agree that no exploration for, or development of
any of the products hereby reserved, will ever b@ eonducted on or from the surface of
the premises hereinabove described ana that in th~ ~vent any of such operations way
hereafter be carried on beneath the surface of said premises, the grantor shall perform
no act which mBY impair the sub-surface or lateral support of said premises. This
reservation and the covenants end agreements hereunder, shall inure to and be binding
