NOW, THEREFORE,, based upon the facts presented and conclusions reached, the following motions were made as stated regarding Case No. WZ-96-16, an application by Toni Sloan for Wycolf Construction Company for approval of rezoning from Agricultural to Planned Residential Development and outline plan approval.
