I , It is within the City of Wheat Ridge, therefore, the City has jurisdiction.
2. Appropriate notifications have been made.
3. A conditional use permit is required to allow construction of the outdoor worship area
(amphitheater).
4. The proposal is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.
S. The evaluation criteria support approval of the request.
6. All agencies can serve the area.
