CASE NO: WZ-97-9 LOCATION: 4313 Jellison Street
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Planning Division has submitted a list of factors to be considered
with the above request, and said list of factors is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and made a is hereof; and
WHEREAS, there was testimony received at a public hearing by the Planning Commission and such
testimony provided additional facts.
NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the facts presented and conclusions reached, it was moved by
Commissioner Brinkman, seconded by Commissioner Shockley', that Case No. WZ-97- 9, a request for
approval of a rezoning from Agricultural-One to Residential-One A located at 4313'Jellison Street be
Approved for the following reasons:
I The proposal is compatible with the Wheat Ridge Comprehensive Plan and is compatible with
the existing character of the neighborhood.
2. The rezoning criteria supports this request.
3. There has been no overriding protest registered by surrounding property owners.
4. Staff recommends approval.
