NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the facts presented and conclusions reached, the following motions were made: VOTE: YES: 7 NO: I (Commissioner CERVENY) It was moved by Commissioner SNOW, seconded by Commissioner SHOCKLEY, that Case No. ZOA- 97- 1, an Ordinance amending the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws, Chapter 26, Zoning Code, pertaining to outside storage requirements in Commercial and Industrial zone districts be forwarded to the City Council with the recommendation of Approval. VOTE: YES: 8 NO: 0 Page 2 f f M57MIU1 97- 1, an Ordinance amending the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws, Chapter 26, Zoning Code, pertaining to maximum lot coverage and minimum landscape requirements within the Light Industrial (1) zone R istricts be forwarded to the City Council with the recommendation of Approval. VOTE: YES: 6 NO: 2 (Commissioners THOMPSON and CERVENY) CguLigil Bill Exhibit °D'.
