SUBJECT: Processing of Case Nos. WZ-19-02 and MS -19-06
The following cases were processed concurrently for the property at 3432 Clear Creek Drive:
• WZ-19-02, a Specific Development Plan for a gas station and convenience store
• MS -19-06, an administrative plat to create 2 lots and 1 tract
WZ-19-02 was approved by the Planning Commission on April 16, 2020.
MS -19-06 was approved by the Community Development Director on April 30, 2020.
All relevant files for the above cases may be found in the WZ-19-02 case file.
