ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT
THE OWNER, THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, GRANTS LIMITED RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES TO ACCESS
AND TO FREE MOVEMENT THROUGH THOSE AREAS INDICATED AS 'ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT', AS
ILLUSTRATED UPON THIS PLAT. SUCH GRANT OF EASEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE OWNERS,
TENANTS, CUSTOMERS AND GUESTS OF THE OWNERS AND SHALL FURTHERMORE GRANT EMERGENCY
