KNO'yrr ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Morion F Jones and Marguerite M. Jones owners cf the South 3/ 5 of the North
1/2 of Block 4 Lakeview Subdivision, Jefferson County, Colorado, have laid out, subdivided, and plotted the same into lots, streets
and avenues as hereon shown under the name and style of JONES SUBDIVISION, and do by these presents grant and convey to the
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado in fee simple all such streets and avenues
