There will be a gate entering the 25x30 space and one gate connecting the 2 play yards. There are no overnight boarding dogs housed inside the garage. The gross floor area of the property is 4542 square feet. 25% of the gross floor area is 1135 sq ft. We are only utilizing 816 sq feet to house boarding dogs, often with many of that space unused overnight with the exception of busy holidays. That is below 25% of the. gross floor area.
