This letter is concerning the proposed administrative amendments to the approved site plan and
Specific Development Plan for Yarrow Gardens at 4255 Yarrow Street and 7955 W. 42nd Avenue. I
have reviewed the revised documents and have the following comments.
SITE PLAN (Case No. WSP-18-08)
All requested changes have been approved. Please provide a full-sized paper copy of the plan set
with original signatures for the Manager and Surveyor. The City of Wheat Ridge will obtain city
signatures and the approved amendment will be placed in our archive land use case files.
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN (Case No. WZ-18-22)
All requested changes have been approved. Please provide a full-sized mylar copy ofthe plan set with
original signatures for the Manager and Surveyor. The City ofWheat Ridge will obtain city signatures
and the approved amendment will be recorded with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's office.
Please provide recording fees when you submit the mylar payable to the City of Wheat Ridge in the
amount of $33.

have reviewed the submitted documents and have the following comments. There are no attached
redmarks.

SHEET ONE
1. In the title, add a space between "No." and "1".
2. Amend the "Explanation of Amendment No. 1" by correcting the spelling of"within".
