without substantially impairing the intent and purpose of the regulations governing and City of

NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Board of Adjustment application Case No. WA-
14-14 be, and hereby is APPROVED.
TYPE OF VARIANCE: An 11 -foot variance from the required 30-foot setback for a
freestanding sign.
With the following conditions:
1. The off-site sign copy will be removed,
