Please also refer to the redlined copy of the draft document. 1. Much of the text in the PDF and printed copy is lighter grey as opposed to black. Darken the text and elevations so they are more legible. 2. Add “Amendment No. 1” to the title. 3.The legal description is now Hance’s Subdivision Replat No. 2, Not Replat No. 1 as shown. Add “City of Wheat Ridge.” Remove “Lot 1” as this amendment covers the entire subdivision. 4. Add a description of amendment (elevation changes, replaces Sheet 8 in original site plan, describe material/window changes). State that this amendment applies to all 2-story models (both the duplex and triplex buildings), if correct. 5.Add a case history table with: WSP-19-07 (this amendment) and WSP-17-04 (original). 6. Remove “Sheet 8 of 11” in the bottom right hand corner. Add “Sheet 1 of 1.” 7.Did Baseline prepare the architectural elevations? If not, add the contact information. The original elevations showed Blackline Studio and Remington Homes. 8.What material is the privacy fence? Show on elevations. No comments on the architecture. The additional stone veneer and windows are appreciated. This concludes the summary of comments. Please re-submit a PDF of the site plan amendment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need clarification.
