Thence Easterly along the north property line a distance of 8.0 feet; 2. Thence diagonally Southwesterly a distance of 11.3 feet to a point on west property line; 3. Thence Northerly along the west property line a distance of 8.0 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel contains 32 square feet more or less. and, WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge, State of Colorado, in conjunction with its acquisition of the above-described parcel of land, requires that the parcel be released from the terms, conditions and obligations of the aforesaid "Assignment ()f Lease" dated April 29, 1961. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree as tollows: 1. Petroleum Facilities, Inc. hereby releases the following- dcs- cribed parcel of I.and from the terms, conditiona and obligations of the Lease dated April 18, 1960 as amended January 1St 1961t and the "Assignment of Lease" dated April. 29, 1.961. and recorded April 24, 1962 in the Office of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder in Book 1~70 at Page 336: A tract or parcel of land containing 32 square feet more or less, Hituated in the Southwest l/~ of the North..est l/~ of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, Colorado, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is the Northwest Prope::ty corner being East along the south line of the NWl,; of SectIon 2.1 a distance of 40 feet and North parallel with the West line of :he NW'-;; of Se"tion 22 a distance of 546 feet from the SW corner of t,e NW\ of Sec. 22, ns, R69W; 1. Thence Easterly along the north property line a distance of 8.0 feet; 2. TI1ence diagonally Southwesterly a distance of 11.3 (eet to a point on west property line; 3.
