to order by MEyor Pre-tern Dana Bowling at 7:30 p.m.
Aldermen attending were: Dana Uowling, Hobert Howord, Lalvin Hulsey,

Resolutions #23 and J25 were read.
Motion was made by Alderman Bowling, seconded by Alderman Howard "that
the Council pass Resclution J23--expressing appreciation to the AropBho
Rescue Unit for aiding in the wheat Ridge Tree limb removal project and
Resolution J25--oxpressing Bppreciotion to IICACT for helping in ~hc

Motlon was made by Alderman Pope, seconded bV Alderman Howard and

that a Park Committee be established to
functions and that the following people

It was suggested that a Planning Commission be set up by Ordinance, and
that prospective members be cuntacted by Alderman Eckhardt.
Prospecti_ve members of the Building Code advisory board are to be
contacted bV AldeillJan Howard--and those tor the personnel committee by
Alderman Bowling.
