.WHEREAS Deeds numbered D2Q-3-62, D21A-3-62, D21B-3-62, and D22-3-62 have been considered to-
jgether becauss approval of anyone of the deeds should be contingent ~Fon approval of aLl of
~deeds, since they are all for the dedication of ~e8t 35th Ave~ue, and
I. WHEREAS the Planning Department h&s recommended t'hat ::.f the sa~d Deeds are approved, approval
should be ba~ed upon the followiJlg:
i 1. ) One i Jot wide strips should be provided on each side of the
roadway.

The roadway should exten.~ strait;ht betv:een the two roads,
i.e. 71adsworth Boulevard ani Allison Street, without any
jogs and be a full 50 feet wide, 25 feet each side of the
centerline.
3.)
The dedication should end at the extension of the west
line of Allison Street.
4.)
The approval of deeds should be contingent upon assurance
from the grantors that the road will be constructed within
a reasonable time, approximately nine months from time of
acceptance, and guaranteed by a surety bond.
Approval of deed should be contingent upon approval of all
deeds.
