shall direct the O;~ne;: or his assigns and S'lccessors to meet those re-
quirements as set out in SECTION FOUR: DESIGN STANDARDS and SECTIOn FIVE;
INPROVENENTS of the SUBDH'ISION REGULATIONS.
C. In the event an improvement district is created by the City to implement
those requirements as set out in SECTION FOUR: DESIGN STANDARDS, and
SECTION e-I'IE: INPRUVEMENTS of the SUBDIVISION REGULlITIONS for those
streets or streets fronting that tract of land as described in Paragraph
No. 1 and the neighboring tract of lands, the O.mer or his assigns and
successions will not oppose its creation.

F. This agreement is executed by the Owner pursuant to the SUBDLVISION
REGULATIONS of the CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, passed, approved and adopted
February 7, 1972, as amended.
G. 7~e Parties hereto agree that this DEVElflPMENT AGREEMENT, by its
terms, shall be binding upon the Ci ty and the O~'lner, and upon the
assigns and successors thereof; and shall constitute covenants
running with the described property.
1~is DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT shall be recorded with the County Clerk and
Reeorde r.
