Grantee acknowledges that it has been fully advised by Grantor that electric conductors are on and above the premises and now conduct and transmit and will continue to conduct and transmit e12ctric current in excess of 115,000 volts. Grantee shall advise all of its employees, agents, contractors and other persons who enter upon the premises pursuant to the provisions of this License of the dangers involved. 3. Grantee, its employees or contractors, shall hold Grantor harm- less of any liability for damages, loss or expense, arising from damage to property or injury of death of any person or persons, arising out of, or in any way connected with or resulting from the construction, operation and maintenance of the roadway. 4. Use of the premises by the Grantee shall be for roadway purposes only. Grantee shall not raise the existing grade of the ease- ment so as to reduce the ground clearance of Grantor's trans- mission line wires without first obtaining Grantor's written permission. 5. In case of the permanent abandonment of this easement, all right, privilege and interest herein granted shall end, cease and determine.
