PERMANENT EASEMENT
E. Sam Martin, whose street address is 3835 Robb Street, City of Wheat
Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, for the consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable consideration in hand paid, hereby sells
and conveys to the City of Wheat Ridge, whose street address is 7500 West 29th
Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80215, a PERPETUAL EASEMENT on, along, over and across
the following described real property in the County of Jefferson and State of
Colorado to wit:
The West 5 feet of Lot 25, Block 1, HILLCREST HEIGHTS
also known and numbered as 7650 West 47th Avenue
so long as used for the purpose of an underground drainage way for storm water
runoff, with all its appurtenances, subject to easements and restrictions of
record and subject to utilization of the underground drainage facilities by the
grantor.
