Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, for the consideration of TEN

Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80215, a PERPETUAL EASEMENT on, along, over and across
the following described real property in the County of Jefferson and State of
Colorado to wit:
The north 6 feet of the west 80 feet of the North
82.61 feet of Lot 10, Block 2, HILLCREST HEIGHTS
EXCEPT the East 170 feet thereof, and EXCEPT the
West 65 feet thereof,
also known and numbered as 4685 Wadsworth (rear)
so long as used for the purpose of an underground drainage way for storm water
runoff, with all its appurtenances, subject to easements and restrictions of
record and subject to utilization of the underground drainage facilities by the
grantor.
