PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Louis C. and
Thelma Liley, 13885 West 31st Avenue, Golden, Colorado of
Jefferson County, State of Colorado,
hereinafter called the "grantor", for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration to them in hand paid by the City of Wheat
Ridge, hereinafter called "City" RIGHT-OF-HAY and EASEMENT on,
along, over and across the following described premises to-wit:

Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot or Block
23, Coulehan Grange Subdivision; thence west 371
feet along the south line of Lot or Block 23;
thence north and PQrallel to the east line of Lot
or Block 23, 8 feet to the true point of beginning.
From the true point of beginning, the westerly
boundary of a 20-foot wide permanent easement shall
extend in a north northwesterly direction to a
point located 158 feet north and 61 feet west of
the true point of beginning. From this point, the
westerly boundary of the 20-foot wide permanent
easement shall extend along the west property line,
N380 41'H for a distance of 135 feet to the south-
erly right-of-way line of Hest 48th Ave.
Said tract located within Parcel A and Parcel C,
as recorded under Reception No. 80046577, at
Jefferson County.
AKA 4800 Hadsworth
for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining a
drainageway for storm water runoff.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
And the Grantor(s) hereby covenant(s) with the Grantees that it
has good title to the aforedescribed premises; that it has good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
