KNOW ALL ~EN BY THESE P~ESENTS, that Denver Shopping Plaza, Ltd., a Washington
PartnershlP, of Wheat Rldge, Jefferson County, State of Colorado, hereinafter
called the "Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the Urban Renewal
Authority, hereinafter called "Authority", grants RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on,
along, over and across the following described premises, to-wit:
Lot 1, Time Square Subdivision, Section 23, Township 3 South, Range 69
West, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado,
further described as follows:
Starting at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, East 265 feet, which is the
point of beginning, thence North 10 feet, thence West 112 feet, then
South 10 feet, thence East 112 feet to the point of beginning,
for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a landscaped area at the North
edge of Wheat Ridge Town Center Park,
