KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Felix Garcia and Nellie B. ~
Garcia, 6385 West 47th place, Wheat Ridge, Co 80033 of Jefferson J /
County, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor" for and
in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the city of Wheat
Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby give and grant to said
Ci ty PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on, along, over and
across the following described premises to-wit:
The North fifteen (15) feet of the tract of land recorded
as Lot 2, Block 2, FLETCHER SUBDIVISION, accord ing to the
recorded plat thereof, Jefferson County, Colorado.
AKA 6385 West 47th place.
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainageway for
stormwater runoff.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
Following construction, all existing features

restored to original condition, or better.
