Beginning at the Southwest corner of a parcel of land described
as Lot 3, Block 3, of BARTH'S SUBDIVISION recorded at Jefferson
County under Reception No. 227586, Book 1922, page 124, and
excluding Right-of-way acquired by Colorado state Highway
Department on April 21,1960, as recorded at Jefferson County
under Reception No. 799839, Book 1268, page 3; proceed East 360
feet, then North 6 feet; then proceed West 335.72 feet; then in
a Northwesterly direction 35.11 feet: then in a South-Southeast
direction 30 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel of
land is in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 3 South,
Range 69 West.

For the purpose of a permanent Easement for the location of a four
foot sidewalk and utilities. This is necessary for the reconstruc-
tion and widening of West 26th Avenue.
