PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Patricia Treat, 3205 Union
St., Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, herein-
after called the "grantor" for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten and 00/100 D011ars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration
to her in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter
called "City", does hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over and across the follow-
ing described premises to-wit:

A portion of a tract of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 29,
T3S, R69W of the 6th P.M. described under Reception No.
81060133 of Jefferson County Records, described as follows:
Beginning on the east line 7 feet north of the southeast
corner of said tract; thence southerly 7 feet to the said
southeast corner; thence westerly 140 feet along the south
line of said tract to the southwest corner of said tract;
thence northerly 2 feet along the west line of said tract;
thence easterly 134 feet parallel with the said south line;
thence northeasterly 7.1 feet, more or less, the the POINT
OF BEGINNING, as shown on Attached Exhibit "A" which is made
a part of this description.
For the purpose of a public sidewalk.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantees that she has
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that she has good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
