PERMANENT EASEMENT ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Floy Mae Hildenbrand, 4015-
35 Parfet Street, Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson County, State of
Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor" for and in consider-
ation at the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars (~10. 00) and other
valuable consideration to her in hand paid by the City of Wheat
Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does hereby give and grant to
said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over and
across the following described premises to-wit:

VISION, in the SW 1/4 ot Section 21, T3S, Rb~W of the bth
P~l, recorded at Reception No. l:l403b51b, Jefferson County
Records, State ot Colorado.
(See Exhibit "A" attached)
For the purpose of constructing drainage improvements to the
area.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
All fences, lawns and other improvements within the easement
area will be restored to original or better condition.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that she has good and law-
ful right to grant this easement.
