KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Donald R. Pinover and
Kathleen M. Pinover, 8128 Pierson Ct., Arvada, CO of Jefferson
County, State of Colorado, hereinatter called the "grantors" tor
and in consideration ot the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
(~10.00) and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by
the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby
give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT
on, along, over and across the tollowing described premises to-
wit:

SUBDIVISION, in the SW 1/4 ot Section 21, T3S, R6~W of the
bth PM, recorded at Reception No. B6080112 of Jefterson
County Records, State of Colorado.
Exhibit "A" attached.

For the purpose of constructing drainage improvements to the
area.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
All fences, lawns and other improvements within the easement
area will be restored to original or better condition.
And the Grantors hereby covenant W1 th the City that they have
good ti tie to the atoredescrlbed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant th1S easement.
