KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that William L. Doig, M.D., whose
address is 10290 West 23rd Place, Lakewood, 80215 County of Jef-
ferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for
and in consideration of the sum of

hereby give and grant to said Ci ty PERM1"NENT RIGH'l'-OF-WAY AND
EASEHENT on, along, over and across the following described
premises to wit:

A tract of land lying in the NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of
vJheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado,described as follows:
The north 4.5 feet of the south l50 feet and the east 5 feet
of the north 23 feet of the south 150 feet of that parcel of
land as described in Book 1747, Page 569, records of said
county, EXCEPT the north 2.5 feet thereof, TOGETHER WITH a
parcel of land lying northeast of a line having northwest and
southeast t.ermini which lie on the north and east. lines of
said parcel and are 16.78 feet west and l6. 78 feet south
along said north and east lines, respectively, as measured
from the northeast corner of said parcel, EXCEP'I' the north
4.5 feet and EXCEPT the east 5 feet of said parcel. It is
fully understood that for the purposes of this tract descrip-
tion the northeast corner of this parcel lies on a line which
is 30 feet south of and parallel with the north line of said
NE 1/4.
Said tract contains 339 square feet, 0.008 acres, more or
less.
For the purpose of: Installation and maintenance of sidewalks,
utilities and signage.
