Jefferson, Stat.e of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor"
for and in consideration of the sum of

municipal corporation in the State of Colorado, whose address is

hereby give and grant to said Ci ty PERMANEN'J' RIGH'J'-OF-WAY AND
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described
premises to wit:

good and lawful right to grant this easement.
