PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL ~1EN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ross Kuzmych and Lidia / _ 2\
Kuzmych, whose address is 4385 Kendall Street, Wheat Ridge, _ ~
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the
"Grantor" for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten & 00/100 Dollars ($ 10.00 ) and other valuable
consideration in hand paid by the CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, a munici-
pal corporation in the State of Colorado, whose address is 7500
West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033, County of Jeffer-
son, State of Colorado, hereinafter called "City", do hereby give
and grant to said Ci ty PERl'-ll',NENT RJ GH'I'-OF-viTl'.Y AND EASE~mNT on,
along, over and across the following described premises to wit:
A tract of land lying in the NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of
Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado,described as follows:
Beginning at a point, on the North line of said Section 26;
857-2/3 feet west of tbe Northeast corner of said Section 26;
thence South 31.5 feet to a point on the east line of that
parcel as described in Reception Ho. 81007724, records of
said county, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
t.hence westerly 3l.5 feet sout.h of and parallel with said
north section line 88.67 feet, more or less, to a point on
the west. line of said parcel, thence southerly 9.75 feet
along said west line, thence easterly 88.67 feet, more or
less, to a point on the east line of said parcel, said point
lying 39.75 feet south of said north section line, as meas-
ured normal thereto, thence northerly 8.25 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said tract contains 798 square feet or 0.018 acres, more or
less.
For the purpose of:
Installation and maintenance of sidewalks, utilities and signage.
Subject to the following terms and condi tlons:
