KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Francisco Almanza and Judy

County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the
"Grantor" for and in consideration of the sum of

Beginnlng at a point which is 769 feet west of the Northeast
corner of said Section 26, thence southerly 30 feet to a
point on the west line of that parcel as described in Recep-
t10n NO. 88078837, records of said county, said point being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence easterly 30 feet south of
and parallel with the north line of said section 125.75 feet
to a point on the east line of said parcel, thence southerly
along said east line 3.4 feet, thence westerly 125.75 feet,
more or less, to a point on said west line, said point lying
35.4 feet south of the north line of said section, as meas-
ured normal thereto, thence northerly to the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING.
