KNOW ALL MEN BY THESt PRESENTS, that MARY LOUISE ZARLENGO whose
address is 8391 W. 38 h Avenue, Wheat Ridge, county of Jefferson,
state of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration to her in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "citv", does hereby give and
grant to said city PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across
the following described premises to-wit:

Township 3 South, Range 69 West of th~ 6th Principal
Meridian. city of Wheat: Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, described as:
That portion of the parcel of land described in Book
1947 at Page 404 of the official records of the county
of Jefferson, state of Colorado, lying southwesterly of
a line beginning at a point ~n the south line of said
parcel (north line of W. 3St Ave.), 15 feet east of
the southwest corner of said parcel, to a point on the
west line of said parcel (east line of Carr st.), 15
feet north of said southwest corner, TOGETHER WITH the
south 5 feet of the west 33 feet of said parcel.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
sidewalk and retaining wall.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 215 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 8391 \'i. 38th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that she has good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
