KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROLAND AND DORIS P~T
whose address is 2992 Jay Street, Wheat Ridge, county of Jeffer-
son, state of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantors" for and
in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/I00 DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the city
of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Citv", do hereby give and
grant to said city PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across
the following described premises to-wit:
An easement being a portion of Lot 7, Madon Subdi-
vision, according to the recorded plat in Book 12 at
Page 22 recorded on October 27, 1953, records of
Jefferson county, situated in the Northeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of section 25, Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the sixth Principal Meridi-
an, Jefferson County, Colorado, being more particular-
ly described as follows:

The south 5.00 feet of the north 10.00 feet of said Lot
7;
Excepting therefrom any portion lying within the east
5.00 feet of said Lot.
See Exhibit "A" attached.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
storm drainage system.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said easement contains 797 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 2992 Jay Street, Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the city that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
