KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that JACK D. & FAYE L. HORTON whose{/I
address is 8060 w. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantors" for and in con-
sideration of the sum ot TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the city of Wheat
Ridge, hereinafter called "citv", do hereby give and grant to said
city PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following
described premises to-wit:

A portion of that parcel of land described in Book 3023 at
Page 6 of the official records of the County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, described as: The south 6 feet of the
north 37 feet: and the east 5 feet except the north 37 feet
thereof: and the south 15 feet of the north 52 feet of the
west 12 feet of the east 17 feet of said parcel.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a side-
walk and storm drainage.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 1200 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 8060 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the City that they have good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good and lawful
right to grant this easement.
