KNOW ALL MEN BY THE#E PRESENTS, that JACQUELYN PAULSON whose
address is 8511 W. 38 h Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
state of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and I~I
other valuable consideration to her in hand paid by the city of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "ci ty" , does hereby give and
grant to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across
the following described premises to-wit:

of the 6th Principal

That portion of the real property described at Book 1354
at Page 32 of the official records of the County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado lying and being Southwest
of a line described as beginning at a point on the West
line of said property, 12 feet North of the Southwest
corner and running thence Southeasterly to a point on
the South line of said property 12 feet East of said
corner TOGETHERWITH the South 2 feet of said real prop-
erty.
For the purpose of: Construction and ma intenance of a

Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.

And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good

lawful right to grant this easement.
