THENCE NORTHEASTERLY TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 2 WHICH IS 18.64 FEET EASTERLY OF THE SAID NORTHWEST CORNER. THENCE WESTERLY TO THE SAID NORTHWEST CORNER. For the purpose of: CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SIDEWALK. subject to the following terms and conditions: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" WHICH IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THIS DOCUMENT. Construction time frame shall be as specified in resolution number 1435 series of 1994 by the Wheat Ridge City Council on November 14, 1994. The City shall construct a 48" high solid cedar fence from the back of the sidewalk to the front setback limit. The city shall replace approximatley 270 square yards of concrete driveway. The city shall replace four trees on the front of the property and resod the area between the sidewalk and the driveway.
