Easement for Bel-air Sanitation District
We have reviewed the attached easement documents and have no prob-
lems with the installation of this sanitary sewer. It will
eliminate the need for a very old lift station near 41st and Everett
and is an asset to the community.
Please have John Hayes review as to form and then have the Mayor
sign it.

City of Wheat Ridge
(hereinafter "Grantors") do hereby grant and convey unto
the WHEATRIDGE SANITATION DISTRICT. a quasi-municipal district. duly organized and
existing under and my virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado (hereinafter
~Grantee~), its successors and assigns. a perpetual easement to construct, operate
and maintain a sanitary sewer line and all fixtures and devices for use in operation
of said line, through, over. under, across and along that certain parcel of real
property located in Jefferson County, Colorado, which is more fully described on
Exhibit ~A~ attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
Together with the right to enter upon said premises, survey. construct, maintain,
operate, repair, replace, control and use said utility lines and related fixtures and
devices, and to remove objects interfering therewith, including the trimming of trees
and bushes, and together with the right to use so much of the adjoining premises of
Grantors during surveying, construct1on. maintenance. repair. removal or replacement
of said utility lines and related fixtures and devices as may be required to permit
the operation of standard utility construction. or repair. machinery; provided. how-
ever, any damages caused to the surface of said premises by the Grantee in exercising
any of the foregoing rights shall be promptly repaired and restored by the Grantee
at its sole cost and expense. The Grantors reserve the right to use and occupy said
premises for any purpose consistent with the ri,ght and privileges above granted and
which will not interfere with or endanger any of the said Grantee's facilities there-
in Or use thereof. Such reservation by the Grantors shall in no event include the
right to erect or cause to be erected any buildings or structures upon the easement
herein granted.
