For the purpose of CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A STORM DRAINAGE
SYSTEM
Subject to the following terms and condItIOns, The CIty agrees to hold harmless the Grantor
from and against any suit, claim, attorney's fees, loss or damage, mcludmg personal mjury
or loss of lIfe, whIch may occur as a result of neglIgent construction or mamtenance of said
storm system by and/or for the City on the property subject to thIS easement.
Said tract contams 375 square feet more or less.

And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that he has good tItle to the aforedescfibed premises,
