and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called
"City", do hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and
across the follOWIng described premises to-wit:

Pnnclpal Mendian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described

Jefferson, state of Colorado, at receptIOn number 92167891 TOGETHER WITH the
portIOn of said parcel lYIng northwest of a lIne described as commenCIng at a pomt on the
west lme of Said parcel which IS 15 16 feet southerly of the northwest corner Said lme
running thence northeasterly to a pomt on the north lme of Said parcel. Said pomt being
15 16 feet easterly of the said northwest corner
For the purpose of CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SIDEWALK AND
lNST ALLA nON OF A UTILITY POLE.
Subject to the followmg tern1S and conditIOns, The City agrees to hold harmless the Grantors from
and against any SUIt, claim, attorney's fees, loss or damage, includmg personal mjury or loss of life,
which may occur as a fesult of negligent construction or maintenance of said sidewalk by and/or for
the City on the property subject to thiS easement.
Said tract contams 664 square feet more or less,
