City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described premises to-WIt:

Principal Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as
THE EAST 5 FEET OF THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT IS OF HALE SUBDIVISION EXCEPT
ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING. SITUATE OR BEING IN ANY EXISTING EASEMENT
For the purpose of CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OR A STORM SEWER SYSTEM,
Subject to the following terms and conditions: The City agrees to hold harmless the Grantors from
and agalllst any suit, claim, attorney'S fees, loss or damage, Illcludlllg personal injury or loss of lIfe,
which may occur as a result of neghgent construction or maintenance of said storm sewer system
by and/or for the City on the property subject to thiS easement.
Said tract contains 327.5 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 4495 Jay Street, Wheat Ridge, 80033
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the Clt) that they have good title to the aforedescrihed premises; and
that they have good and lawful right to grant this easement,
